money back return or exchange policy. Only merchandise
that is not worn and is unaltered may be returned or exchanged.
Hemmimg of pants (hem or cuff ) is considered an alteration.
Shipping will be charged on all exchanges.

MILBERN CLOTHING provides a quantity discount as follows:
$0 - $150 our regular value price
$151 - $250 3% additional discount
$251 - $400 5% additional discount
$401 - $xxx 10% additional discount
Quantity discounts apply only to purchase made through this website.
Discounts are not valid with any other offers or promotions

in a timely manner. If the size or color of the pant you ordered is out of stock,
